The ruins of an ancient checkpoint
at Usui Pass
We took the Nakasendo Road to Usui Pass, and made a stop off at Popo Town, a small train museum/theme park. Though small, the trains were interesting and the snowy mountains provided a nice backdrop for a winter adventure.
